Bugs?!

If you find that there are any bugs, in the move to the new site, please report them here. We have a dedicated tech support who has provided us with Bug Reporting software. The people with access to that are:

Munchkin
Basilisk
Aegis
Oracle
Pegasus

So. Once you've reported a bug one of us will put a mod-note on the bug - either telling you the "fix" or that we've reported it. We'll keep you updated on that.

Issue: My Images Aren't Showing, They Are Just Links
We know that there are roughly two dozen posts where the images are not showing - just a link between two img tags. IF one of your posts does this - the fix is to press "edit" in the top right hand corner and then just "submit". You don't need to actually make any edits, just... do that.

We have dealt with:
Log In Issues These should now be completely resolved. Please let us know if not!
User CP Fields: Now work fine and can be edited.
BB Code: Is working - if you find that you can't post bbcode, just check that the "disable BBCode" isn't ticked at the bottom of your screen.
Medal was broken: Fixed!
Links under avatar not functioning: Fixed!
Center code not working outside style brags: Fixed!
Topic attributes Fixed by Aegis who found the magic button!


We are aware of / dealing with
Line spacing / googlefont issues. (currently next on our list)
Anchor
"Blurbs" under cities/ forums being cut off. - no longer an issue - we've got our list back with the blurbs and the mods and the last posts! Yay!
Search function
Bold
Signatures being weird!!

HR tag breaks color codeThis has been bug reported, but you'll need to temporarily close off the color before hr and then open it again after. Thanks!

Nature of bug: Trying to edit my profile (User Control Panel - Profile - Edit Profile) gives me this error message:

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Unknown column 'pf_point_bank' in 'field list' [1054]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Nature of bug: Login Problems (Staying logged in)
So when I log in and then briefly visit another site, not ST, and come back again, I am no longer logged in. I attempted to fix the problem by ticking the 'Remember Me' box, to no avail. When I go from one forum to another, it logs me out and when I ticked the reply button in order to post this reply, I had to log in again. Also, when I leave a screen open where I am already logged in, and open a second, in that second screen, I am no longer logged in. I've cleared all my cookies, no change. I'm using Google Chrome.

Nature of bug: Login problems.
ST randomly logs me out. It logged me out several times when I tried to post, in different forums. It logged me out when I clicked on "Portal". Ticking the "Remember Me" box or changing browsers didn't help.
Does it happen on more than one account? Yes.
Is it persistent or intermittent? It doesn't happen all the time, but pretty often.

^This used to work to color all the words. Now this doesnt apply the color at all.

Nature of bug: BB Code is disabled on IC forums.

I just tried to submit a post that I wrote while ST was down and noticed that my post template didn't show up. When I took a closer look, I noticed that BB Code was disabled. I checked several other IC threads. It was disabled for those as well. It seems to be enabled for the OOC forums though.

In my User Control Panel BBCode is definitely enabled.
Does it happen on more than one account? I didn't check since I only wrote one IC post while ST was down.
Is it persistent or intermittent? Persistent.
