A once prosperous, thriving city now sits the ruins of its glory in cold, arctic ice. This is not a place for the living, as the climate of Valaris is deadly, especially during Cylus. However, those who choose to venture into the ruins may find more than just treasures.

A cluster of islands home to the immortal Ralaith, Strosdyn is home to two different communities. The Northern Island is home to the proud Strosii, a group of intelligent and free people focused heavily on the betterment and safety of their way of life. On the Southern Isles live a group of Sev’ryn, inhabiting forgotten forests and towns in order to build a second home for their kind outside of the South.

A fledgling society formed atop the roots of the mangroves covering the Shimmering Gulf that acts as a sanctuary to all its inhabitants and a rare home for the Mer where they can live alongside the dryland species. It struggles to maintain its peaceful atmosphere under racial tensions and the magical interferences of the Moors, and whatever resides there.

Hiladrith
Hiladrith is seen as the gateway city to the other regions and is booming with trade, transport, and culture. Adventurers stop in Hiladrith at least once during their journeys across Idalos not only to buy and sell items, but to enjoy the scenery of the city and chance a look at the women there. If there is one thing Hiladrith is known for, it's the women.

Sea of Desolation
A giant body of water that separates Western Idalos from the mysterious floating Iulure Isles. This sea is known for it's massive storms and hurricanes as well as taking the lives of many sailors who dare venture out into its depths. Not much is known of this sea, however, it is said that mysterious merfolk inhabit the waters, beckoning seafarers to their doom.
